Blend Massage Session

Come as you are for a Blend Massage, named for the various techniques implemented during the session. Each session is tailored to the client's needs, and pressure is adjusted throughout in accordance to the client's level of comfort. I currently employ aspects of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Myofascial release, and Cranial Sacral therapies. $20 Add-on options: Hot Stone, Cupping, or Aromatherapy

Sinus Relief Session

$40.00 deposit required

Facial massage is used over specific areas of the face and neck to help relieve sinus congestion and pressure. Hot towels and ice wands are integrated into the session of maximum benefit. Includes supporting essential oils for relaxation, easy breathing. Made with a tailored blend to client's preferences. $20 Add-on options: Hot Stone, Cupping

Cupping Session

$40.00 deposit required

A session created to relieve stubborn knots over large areas of the body. Client MUST fill out release - cupping can leave marks for up to two weeks. Release is provided at beginning of session. $20 Add-on options: Hot Stone, Aromatherapy When added to the Blend service - cups are applied to a specific area.

Trigger Point Session

Trigger Point Therapy is used to address localized points in the muscle tissue that refer pain to other areas of the body. This service provides slower, deeper work to relieve tension. Excellent for chronic issues such as headaches, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, sciatic pain, etc. $20 Add-on options: Hot Stone, Cupping, or Aromatherapy

Scalp Session

$20.00 deposit required

Indulge with a massage that addresses the muscles of the head directly. A blend of oils is used to help relax the head and relieve tension. Can be added to any session or as a stand-alone service. $20 Add-on options: Hot Stone, Cupping, or Aromatherapy
